What safe payment methods are accepted?

What's your return policy ?
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
In order to receive a refund for your purchase, please contact our customer support via olensezhao@gmail.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and money will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Damaged Items
If your item broke during transport or due to other circumstances, we will require proof of the damage (photo or video). Please send it to our customer support with your refund/ exchange request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, make sure to use a tracked shipping method.
What is the shipping time ?
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We Charge $20.00 Shipping fee for all orders, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping on the way time 8-10 business days excludes Weekend and Holidays, Delivery delays can occur occasionally.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 4 days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Olense watch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Olense watch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Canada.
In rare cases, it can happen that orders are held by the customs in some countries and additional import fees have to be paid.
